While Kareena Kapoor swooned us all with her maternity style, her new mommy looks have also become the talk of the town. Making an appearance in a red hot dress a week after Taimur's delivery, Kareena's quite rocking the new mum look and we give her full marks for her style and chutzpah.
She's also keeping things excited by stepping out for luncheons and dinner dates with hubby Saif and her gal pals in easy breezy looks that almost anyone can sport. Check out how she rocked the "maxi look" as she stepped out for a dinner date with Saif Ali Khan, just five days after her delivery.
However, everyone needs a change of style from time to time. Particularly if you're under a lot of stress and bodily changes like a new mother. Perhaps this was the reason why Kareena thought of uplifting her mood. Besides, she would also turn showstopper for Anita Dongre in the upcoming Lakme Fashion week.
The new mommy got a new hairstyle and we must say she looks drop-dead gorgeous as always. She also got her hair coloured in a honey-brown shade that suits her to the tee. Dressed in casual black t-shirt and jeans, Kareena looked every inch of the diva that she is.

Beauty tips for a new mother
Kareena has opted for a new layered hairdo and we must say that it really suits her personality. New mums go through a lot of emotional and physical upheaval after childbirth and if that was not enough, they’re often sleep-deprived, all of which takes a toll on their skin and body. But, fret not.
There are a few things that you can do that will not only cheer you up, but also make you look your best, just like Kareena. Here are a few tips that all new mums can follow:
1. Have lots of fluids: Drink at least eight glasses of water every day and also make sure that you include healthy fluids such as coconut water and fresh fruit juices in your diet. Not only would they enhance your breastfeeding diet, they’d also help your skin rediscover its lost glow.
2. Turn to meditation: While you must not perform heavy exercises immediately after delivery, breathing exercises such as controlled breathing and pranayam, would not only help your body recover, but would heal you from within, which automatically would reflect on your face.
3. Sleep when the baby sleeps: There’s a reason it’s said that new mothers should sleep when the baby sleeps. While it would be difficult to get a good night’s sleep for the first few months, try and take multiple power naps throughout the day to give your body the much-needed rest. Your skin would say thank you!
4. Get a new hairstyle: If you're really short of time and are looking for something easy to pep you up, get a new haircut like Kareena. It would instantly elevate your mood and you'd also look good. You can also add a few new styles to your wardrobe and go for a complete mummy makeover. That sounds good, doesn't it?
