Shweta Tiwari is expecting her second child with husband Abhinav Kohli and the to-be mother is getting gorgeous by the day.

Doesn't she look extremely cute in this one? The Begusarai actress married Abhinav Kohli a few years back. She divorced Raja Chaudhary after years of a turbulent marriage.
The wedding also saw her daughter Palak participating and having fun with her mother. Throughout her pregnancy, Shweta has made sure that her daughter feels involved so that she welcomes her sibling with warmth and affection.

Shweta had always kept Palak close to her heart even during her turbulent days when she was going through a rough marriage.
"I am very close to my daughter. I don’t try to be strict with her. I try to be friendly and find out things about her life from her. She tells me everything. She also tells me stuff, which she doesn’t even tell her friends. I think I am her best friend, she had once said in an interview.
Having a stress-free pregnancy
Pregnancy, no doubt, is a roller coaster ride and to-be mothers can be under a lot of stress during the initial few days and the last trimester. However, the happier you are during the last trimester, the smoother would be your delivery and recovery after childbirth.
A study published in the journal Association for Psychological Science, says that mother's mental health affects the baby's growth and development. Having a depressed mother could lead to neurological problems and psychiatric disorders in kids later on in life, it stated.
This is why to be mothers should indulge in activities that uplift their moods and calms them. Yoga, meditation, and light exercise can go a long way in improving your well-being during pregnancy and ensuring that you have a smooth delivery.
