Here's proof that THIS is Shilpa Shetty Kundra's favourite healthy sweet!
Gorgeous mum Shilpa Shetty Kundra's favourite sweet treat is the rosogulla and this time she wasn't alone on her Sunday binge
What do you expect from a person who has written a book on healthy food? To be a foodie herself, of course. And Shilpa Shetty Kundra never fails to impress us with her love for all things gastronomical!
Well, first up she loves to treat her followers with her special mouth-watering and healthy breakfast recipes and then she also shares a whole lot of information about this one sweet that she absolutely loves and trusts to be healthy!
Wondering what this sweet is? It is our good old rosogulla! Yes, you read it right.
Shilpa absolutely loves this sweet and binges on it almost every Sunday without fail. Don't believe us? Then take a look at this video she shared of her gorging on the sweet treat.
But she wasn't alone in her "Sunday binge." The gorgeous mum was accompanied by her younger sister Shamita Shetty, who had a plate full of sweet treats and couldn't resist mouthing them all in one after the other.
She posted a second video of the two of them eating together and wrote: "No bigger proof than this..You think I eat.. Look at @shamitashetty_official #sundaybrunch #bingeeating #sundaybinge #sisterlove #weeat."
Incidentally, this is not the first time Shilpa has shared her love for this particular sweet treat. In fact, in a few other videos she has also shared a few tips on how to best eat the rosogullas in order to minimise the fat content.

In a previous video that she shared, she mentioned a tip she uses in order to minimise the effect of the sugar syrup that can be quite filling. She squeezes the rosogulla and removes the syrup slowly and gradually, thereby making it a soft, chewy sweet treat.
She posted: "Sweet tooth and how..I give into the temptation of fresh soft Rasgollas( I press all the sweet syrup out). Yummm. #sundaybinge #sweetindulgence #sundaysarefundays."
Although she loves her Sunday binges, she makes sure to hit the gym or does yoga at home to minimise the effect of the fat consumed during these binges. That, she often mentions is the secret to her svelte body!
In an interview she recently said, “Make a change in your life to be healthy not because you want to fit into a dress or because you have a party to attend. If you follow the diet plan in the book and can’t workout, walk for at least four times a week. Some form of exercise is a must. Strike the 70 percent diet and 30 percent exercise balance. This combination helps lose weight.”
She also spoke about how yoga changed her life for good.
”Initially I tried yoga to find a cure for my chronic back pain. But my schedule was so punishing that it had begun to take a toll on me. My diet and sleep patterns had gone awry. My neck and back would hurt so much that I had to be on painkillers to be able to function,” she explained.
”That’s when somebody suggested Bhujangasana to me. I tried it out and began to feel much better. Yoga takes time and offers no quick-fix solutions. I kept up with it and saw the results. My neck pain was gone and my knee was better as well. I then decided to learn Ashtang Yoga from Shiv Kumar Mishra.”
”Yoga did not just help me with my body, I became fitter from within. It helped me to focus better,” she said.
