Kudos to them!

While sometimes even both parents seem to have a tough time handling their kid, there are some single parents who do it all smoothly and have learned the ropes of parenting all by themselves.

There are many new-age celeb single parents who make parenting look like a breeze and have shown that it doesn't necessarily take two to raise a family. Here are four celeb parents who have set a precedence for all:

1.Tusshar Kapoor

Couldn't help but share this moment with my fans... priceless daddy moments with Laksshya #love #daddy #baby #fans #share #moments #priceless #happiness #joy

Single dad Tusshar Kapoor is just loving fatherhood and is also showing the world that dads can also be good caretakers without any help from a mom.

First, we saw him pacifying his baby like a professional on the day of Ganpati Visarjan and now the cool father has posted yet another picture that proves he has learned all the ropes of parenting.

Tusshar is indeed setting a precedent for other men who want to have a child and raise it single-handedly. However, Tusshar made sure that he involves the whole family in the process so that he can learn the ropes of child rearing from them.

"I wanted to be a single parent, my dream has come true. My son looks exactly like me, so it makes me very happy. I have no words to express how excited or joyous I feel right now. It's just your paternal instinct when you feel mentally that you are ready to become a father... Lot of people adopt, but I didn't want to adopt, I wanted to have my own child," he said in his first interview after the birth of son Laksshya.

Miss Universe Sushmita Sen shocked everyone when she adopted her first daughter Renee in 2000, four years after she was crowned Miss Universe and at a time when she was still to make a mark in Bollywood.

Over the years, she has given many examples of how she is setting a precedence for other mothers by her impressive parenting style. She also says that how her daughters have changed her world and how she has fun raising them.

"It’s the ultimate romance. I don’t think there could be any other word that describes it better than that. It’s never easy parenting. It has its ups and downs and it’s definitely not easy being a single parent. But the romance is in seeing something grow so beautifully, which you have personally nurtured and nourished. Alisah is four and very open to life. Renee is my first love and she always does things with a little hint of “I love life.” She is already 14 and teenage is surely a new chapter in my life. I can’t imagine what my mom must have gone through when I was a teenager. (Laughs) But I am working on it!," she said in an interview.

Not only has completely changed herself after her messy divorce with Shaleen Bhanot, she has completely taken charge of her life and is raising her son single-handedly with elan.

Daljeet agrees that it has not been a smooth ride and requires a lot of will power.

"I won't be modest. It has been very tough and requires a lot of will power. I have been single-handedly taking care of my son. Be it financially or emotionally, I am always there for him. For Jaydon I am his father-mother both," Daljeet had said after she opened up about her abusive marriage with Shaleen Bhanot.

4. Urvashi Dholakia

These two Diyas light up my life and I pray that their life be filled with radiance , happiness, love, prosperity and health❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ @kshitijdholakia @_sagardholakia_ #diwali #celebration #cantlivewithout #westandtogether❤

The most popular small screen vamp is a mother of twin boys who have just turned 21. Married at the tender age of 16, Urvashi became a mother at 17. She, later on, divorced her husband and went to raise her sons Kshitij and Sagar without any support. She is surely an inspiration for all women who want to live life the way they want..

"Being a single mother was difficult. People tell me how I don’t look like a mother and how I haven’t aged. It’s amusing. Why will I age? I am 37. Many harp over the fact that I had my sons when I was 17. But what is the big deal? I take these comments in a positive way. I am proud of my journey, which has been a long one," she said in an interview.

Urvashi has always maintained that her boys are her responsibility.

"Being a single mom and taking care of my family took up a lot of my time. I had responsibilities and I didn’t have the time to think about my personal life. I have never hidden anything, so why would I hide a relationship? My boys and my family are my priority," she added.

All we can say is, more power to them!
