Bravo! Sushma Swaraj yet again proved that she really is a 'supermom'
When Sushma Swaraj was informed that 19 Pakistani girls are stuck in India, she tweeted out help adding "daughters belong to all (despite the borders)"
India's Union Minister for External Affairs, Sushma Swaraj might be sending out stern messages to Pakistan over their Kashmir antics, but she never fails to impress everybody with her softer side.
Often touted as the ‘Supermom of the State’ for her helpful and caring persona, she proved that she is truly one, yet again. Assuring 19 Pakistani girls that they will reach home safely, she tweeted a message that only a mother can.

These girls had come to visit the National Capital for a youth festival a few weeks back. But they couldn't go back because of the surgical strikes at the Line of Control (LoC). Their families were naturally left in the lurch and were worried sick about their girls.
That's when Swaraj was approached and informed of the situation and her immediate reaction was to help them out. She tweeted out that she would help them.
In her tweet she categorically mentions that "daughters belong to all (despite the borders)." Amidst reports that Indo-Pak relations are becoming even more sensitive, Swaraj's helpful words have won her many fans not only in India, but also abroad.
Her ministry even went on to assure the girls that they would be safely escorted back to Pakistan and also taken care of while they were still in India.
But this is not the first time Swaraj has shown that she is a really cool 'Supermom!' Here are three times she bowled us over with her caring and warm side.
3 times Swaraj proved she is 'Supermom'
#1 When she reunited a Russian bahu with her in-laws
A few months back a Russian national Olga Efimenkova, who is married to a man in Uttar Pradesh complained of harassment by her mother-in-law. She even tweeted out to Sushma Swaraj and to her surprise was helped by the Union Minister as well as UP's chief minister, Akhilesh Yadav.
Once the matter was taken to the police, an FIR was filed and Efimenkova was immediately helped.
She later thanked the 'supermom' while speaking to ANI. “I want to thank Sushma Swaraj ji for taking prompt action. Sushma ji through her tweet directed Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav to help us. I want to thank both of them. An FIR has been lodged, finally,” she said.
It seems all Indian daughters-in-law who may face any issue can approach Swaraj, who is clearly more than willing to help.

#2 When she made sure this couple goes for their honeymoon together
On August 4, this year Swaraj helped a couple reach their honeymoon destination together, despite the new bride having lost her passport.
Faizan Patel, a Mangalore-based photographer, tweeted to Swaraj just days before he and his wife were to go to Italy on their honeymoon. He informed the Union Minister that his wife Sana Fatima Khan had lost her passport.
To everybody's surprise, just hours after tweeting his problem, Swaraj replied and asked Sana to get in touch with the ministry. "My office has reached you already. You will get a duplicate Passport tomorrow," she tweeted.
#3 When she couldn't help but send 'love' to her lookalikes
A few days before Independence Day, most schools organised fancy dress competitions that saw many girls dress up as the Union Minister. In fact, most parents even tweeted out pictures of their daughters to Swaraj.
And the gracious 'supermom' not only lauded their efforts she also told some of them how much she liked their getup!
Oh ! I love your jacket. https://t.co/xionOXbg0O

She made many parents and all those little girls happy with her encouraging remarks. Now, that's a side of her that we absolutely love!
