Suraj Pancholi allegedly extricated Jiah’s foetus with his own hands, says CBI
Horrific details emerge from CBI's charge sheet in the Jiah Khan case
The CBI charge sheet submitted in the Jiah Khan case provides chilling details of Khan’s abortion and Suraj Pancholi’s role in it, reports The Times Of India. Khan was found dead on 11 June, 2013, at her Juhu residence. Khan’s mother Rabia, moved Bombay High Court alleging foul play in her daughter’s death. The HC then directed the CBI to investigate.
Quoting an anonymous source, the report says that Jiah Khan was 4-weeks pregnant, after which she and Pancholi visited a physician for medical termination of pregnancy. This didn’t prove of any help and the couple then approached a gynaecologist who recommended stronger drugs.
The charge sheet says that after this Jiah started haemorrhaging. When Pancholi learnt of this, he decided to take matters in his own hands rather than risk a hospital visit. He feared that their relationship would become public and this would negatively impact his career. He allegedly extricated the foetus with his own hands and then disposed it off.
This completely shattered Khan adding to her depression which drove her to suicide, the charge sheet adds. This incident came to light only after the CBI recorded the statement of doctors among the 11 new witnesses examined. The earlier charge sheet does not mention this incident.
This new development clearly spells trouble for Pancholi who made his film debut earlier this year.
