Shilpa Shetty's Instagram post perfectly describes a day in a mother's life!
Be it 'toddler dead lifts' or 'sunscreen wrestling,' Indian mums do it all, and it's something Shilpa Shetty Kundra completely 'relates' with
Shilpa Shetty Kundra wears many hats. She is an actor, a successful entrepreneur, fitness guru, writer and a doting mum. And now she is giving major competition to Olympic champions.
Well, she just shared a picture that perfectly sums up a day in a mother's life. Be it 'toddler dead lifts' or 'sunscreen wrestling,' Indian mums do it all, and it's something Shetty completely 'relates' with.
It seems like this was a subtle indication that running around her son Viaan-Raj also helps her maintain that svelte figure!
"I am as normal as every other mother"
But this is not the first time Shetty has so candidly owned upto to her experiences as a mother.
Speaking about being a working mum, in an interview to a media daily she mentioned, “I still continue to go on sets, wear make up for my ads, I endorse quite a few brands. But as soon as I reach home, I am as normal as every other mother. I am a working mom, but a full time mother and a part time professional.”
“I feel I am fortunate that I have the luxury of choosing how much time I give to everything- be it my businesses, or a board meeting, I give time to whatever needs to be done, and try to do it well,” she added.
She recently came back from a family vacation in London, where she spent many days taking her son Viaan out to fun-fairs and parks.
Raising him right!
Apart from giving him the luxuries of exotic vacations, Shetty makes sure that she teaches him important life lessons.
In an interview she said, “I just want to raise him the traditional way… get his hands dirty and play outside. I’m going to try my best to keep him away from artificial stuff. But then he is his own person. Viaan is a very spiritual child, though.”
