As a mother of a five-year-old, Shilpa definitely knows the importance of experimenting with nutritious snack ideas for kids. A smoothie serves as an ideal snack or a breakfast drink and can be enjoyed by people of all ages. But it works especially well with kids and toddlers who are beginning to experiment with real foods.
Shilpa also gives us a super tip in the video, that of sneaking in some flax seeds, once ground they can easily be consumed by kids without them getting to know the power food blended in their smoothie.
