5 Sabudana (sago) recipes for babies that are easy to digest

These Sabudana recipes are easy to prepare, you can try it out in a lot of variations, and extremely healthy!

One of the healthiest and yummiest foods for your baby is sabudana, or sago. It is loaded with calcium and is easy for your baby to digest, making it one of the best first foods.

It is also a great food item for your baby especially in the first year.

While it does have a lot of health benefits for your baby, as a mother, it is good for you too because it is easy to prepare, you can try it out in a lot of variations, and barely takes much time to prepare. And the fact that it is healthy makes it a favourite with mums!

I absolutely love eating sabudana myself, and have tried out quite a few recipes with my children, even when they just starting having solids for the first time.

Keep in mind that many parents prefer not to add salt to baby’s meals especially in the first year, so choose to skip the salt step from the recipes below, if your baby is less than a year old and you don’t want to introduce salt right now.
