So, you've just come back from office and just when you thought of sitting down and having a cup of chai with your wife, you find her all stressed out and in no mood to talk to you, let alone have a cup of tea. So what do you do?
Do you find out why she's so stressed out? No, you just give it back to her with a "har samay moo utara rehtaa hai tumhaara". Have you ever thought that perhaps that's one of the reasons' why she's stressed out?
Here are the other reasons why your wife is stressed out all the time!
1. You judge her for everything!
She might be running from pillar to post to keep the house clean, drop the kids to school on time and even keep things at her own workplace in control; but the moment you see that your house is a mess or a dirty table cloth, you blame her for it and even say that she has no time to look after the house and family!

Don't you think it's your responsibility too? If you do, then why do you blame her for it!
2. She's made to run around
Whether it's dropping the kids to school, cooking a meal for the in-laws and extended family or even doing daily household chores, it is her, and only her's sole responsibility. Do you ever help her out and ask her to take it easy?
3. She's sleep deprived
For an Indian wife, all days are same and after the kids arrive there is hardly any time that she gets to sleep for an extra hour or for that matter take an afternoon nap. And she's the only one who wakes up when the kids are cranky or sick at night. If she's a new mother, she would be perhaps waking up the whole night.

In such times, have you ever helped her sleep an extra hour or have you woken up and asked her to take a nap as you watch over the kids?
4. She wants to be heard
While you keep judging her and blaming her for everything, have you ever taken out time and patiently listened to the reasons for her stressed. Perhaps, it is the child's poor grades or the mother-in-law's taunts or just a rough day that she had at work.
For once, just ask her to calm down or perhaps make a cup of tea for her. Let her talk and listen to what she is going through! She needs to vent it out and trust me, she would thank you for it.
5. She wants to be pampered
Sometimes women get so tired of playing mothers, wives, daughters and daughters-in-law, that all they need is a timeout and a nice TLC session. Just understand that your wife also wants to be pampered like a child some days and as a husband, it would do you no harm if you give her a massage or take her out for a date! Trust me, you'll love it, too!
