Looks yummy!

It is Rahyl Deshmukh's first birthday today and like any other father Riteish was super excited and wanted to do something for his little boy to make the day extra special for him.

So what can be a better idea that to bake a cake for the birthday boy. In fact, last week even Shilpa Shetty baked her son's birthday cake from scratch.

But while Shilpa Shetty's cake was quite a lavish affair and required weeks and weeks on YouTube tutorials and preparations, Deshmukh baked a simple cheesecake for Rahyl and also shared a cute little video on Facebook with his fans. Check it out.

He, later on, Tweeted a Happy Birthday message for his little one along with the picture of the cheesecake.

Meanwhile, Rahyl's mummy Genelia also posted a sweet message for her second born.

"Happy Birthday Rahyl... every time I need to see a miracle, sooooI look into your eyes and believe I created one. You're so special lil one, you always will be and your mine that's all that matters.. God Bless You Always," she wrote on Instagram.

Isn't that a really sweet message and in fact, once again the Deshmukh's have shown that birthdays can also be simple, family affairs for your kids instead of being lavish affairs when the child does not even understand what the celebration is all about.

Last year in Diwali, the Deshmukhs' had chosen their ancestral village as their holiday destination for the kids' vacation when other celebs were busy vacationing in foreign countries, once again setting an example that your kids would only understand your culture if you take them to their roots.

Now, aren't these two setting new parenting goals for us all!
