Kareena Kapoor Khan has done it again and how! The gorgeous actress, who's known for making a mark of her own in the male-dominated film industry, walked the ramp at the Lakme Fashion Week yesterday and completely stole the show.

But this time it was Kareena's bump that got all the attention. And Kareena got really emotional before she strutted her bump on the ramp.

“I must say it’s not one but two of us. It’s a very special moment. I have never walked for Sabyasachi before, we were not able to do a film together. But this moment is very special. It’s going to be in the history. I am actually very emotional right now,” Kareena said.

Check out these pics to see how Kareena looked like a dream as she walked the ramp!

Not without my bump

Kareena is being lauded by the industry to not only speaking for other pregnant woman, but also leading by example and working throughout her pregnancy.

“I have always maintained that I work till I die. Acting is my passion. My work is my passion and as long as I am working it makes me happy and that joy shows on my face. I am going to continue working," she said as she interacted with the media after her show.

"Everyone made this edition so special for me. For me, it is quite an emotional moment as this was the first time we (she and her future child) took the ramp together. It was a moment to cherish," said an excited Kareena after her stellar show.

Kareena turned designer Sabyasachi’s muse for his latest collection that brought the curtains down at the Lakme Fashion Week Winter/Festive. This is the first time Kareena and Sabyasachi have come together for a fashion show, but Kareena's mother-in-law, Sharmila Tagore, has been a great admirer of his work.

“It is a pleasure to walk for him. He works magic with his masterstroke. Even my mother-in-law is a huge admirer of his work,” she said praising the designer.

The Udta Punjab actress sported an olive green lehenga that was heavily embroidered and a kurti patterned choli. With a dupatta on her head and an intricate maang tikka on her forehead, Kareena looked every inch of the royal bride.

Kareena was also asked if she felt the baby kicking while she was walking on the ramp.

“I was too nervous to realise if it happened," laughed Kareena as she answered that question.

Way to go Kareeena!

Indeed Kareena has taken a big step and given a message that nothing can stop a woman from doing what she desires. Many Indian women give up on their dreams and ambitions, the moment they learn about their pregnancy, but Kareena has proved that it needn't be like that.

"I was happy and confident. Pregnant woman can walk and fly and for me it's absolutely normal," she said.

Kareena was heavily cheered by her sister and Bollywood actress Karisma, who was seen clicking pictures and applauding Kareena as she walked the ramp. She later posted this picture of the two on Instagram.
