We thought of sharing a recipe of a "No Bake" pizza to help mothers make delicious pizzas for their little ones in a jiffy. Try it now!

Children love pizza but every house generally doesn't have an oven to bake one. The varieties of Pizza that are available in the market while might look quite tempting and appealing, the fact is that they contain a lot of cheese and are not as fresh as they claim to be.

Which is why we thought of sharing a recipe of a "No Bake" pizza to help mothers make delicious pizzas for their little ones in a jiffy.

Here's what you need:

The dough is the main ingredient, which can even be used to make Naan’s and Kulchas.

For the dough

  1. All purpose flour (Maida)- 3 cups
  2. Sugar – 1 tbsp
  3. Salt – ¾ tsp
  4. Oil – 1 tsp
  5. Baking powder- ½ tsp
  6. Baking soda- 1/3 tsp
  7. Thick curd or yogurt- 3 tbsp
  8. Water as per needed

For the toppings

  1. Pizza or pesto sauce
  2. Sliced onions- ½ cup
  3. Sliced bell peppers- ½ cup
  4. Sliced olives- 10-12
  5. Mozzarella cheese- 2 cups
  6. Italian seasoning
  7. Olive oil – 3 tsp
  8. Chilly flakes


Step 1: Make the dough! Take a huge bowl and mix the ingredients required making the dough. Mix the flour, sugar, salt, oil, yogurt, baking powder and baking soda together. The dough must be soft and smooth. If extra water is required, it should be added to get the proper consistency of this dough. Coat the dough with some oil, cover it and keep it for 6-8 hours.

Step 2: Prepare the pizza base. Once the dough is settled down, take some dry flour and oil to make small balls of this dough, which can then be rolled to make the base. After rolling the dough, take a fork and make holes on the dough so that it doesn’t puff up.

Step 3: Make the pizza. Take a medium heated pan and place the dough on the pan. Let it cook for 5-6 mins until it turns slight brown. After 6 mins flip the dough and apply the pizza sauce (This can even be done with pesto sauce).

Step 4: Pizza toppings. Add the bell peppers, sliced onions, sliced olives and the mozzarella cheese on the base and pour some olive oil on the sides to make the base nice and crisp. Cook the pizza on medium-low heat until the cheese melts and the base becomes nice and brown

Garnish it with some chilly flakes and it’s ready to be served. Watch this video for a step-by-step tutorial

Tip: Use a heavy pan so that the heat is spread evenly throughout.
