We all know that the one thing most new mums are worried about besides their baby's health is the post pregnancy weight that just refuses to go! And if you've had two back-to-back pregnancies the going can get really tough for you, believe me.
But, one celeb mum who has literally turned tides and gotten back to her original weight is yummy mummy Kanchi Kaul. Kanchi is making headlines these days due to her astounding 25 kg weight loss that has stunned everyone, including hubby Shabbir Ahluwalia.
Kanchi's husband and TV actor Shabbir Ahluwalia just can't stop giving her compliments on her weight loss. He also shared a picture of Kanchi on his Instagram account and captioned it "bringing sexy back".

Shabbir has been a very supportive husband says Kanchi and now that she is back to her normal weight, he's going head over heels.
“He is loving it. Shabbir is a very supportive husband. When I gained weight, he never complained about it," says an excited Kanchi.

But to everyone's surprise, Kanchi's weight loss is not due to any strict exercise or diet regimen. Kanchi clearly states that though she avoided rice and junk food, there is no special diet that she followed to lose all the postpartum weight.

“I have not joined a gym. I lost weight naturally. I shed all weight by running after my two sons, Azai and Ivarr (smiles). I did take care of my post pregnancy diet which helped me cut down on the extra kilos. I avoided sugar, processed food, rice and junk food,”she told a popular television entertainment portal.

Kanchi is not the first mother who has said that running around her kids has made her lose her all the post pregnancy flab. Recently, Sakshi Dhoni, wife of Mahendra Singh Doni and mother to two-year-old Ziva, also made headlines due to her fab figure, the secret to which was her daughter Ziva!
So mommies, put your running shoes on and start moving along with your little ones. You'd not only lose the flab, but also spend more time with your precious little ones. Now, which mother would say no to that!
