The Future of Work will be very different from today. In 2020, which is two years from now, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Machine Learning, Mass 3D Printing, Biotechnology, Chatbots, Virtual Reality, Deep Learning, Drones, Augmented Reality and Smart Objects will all be deeply embedded in our everyday lives, if not already.

New technologies are developing at an unprecedented rate, significantly impacting on multiple industries, jobs and tasks. The skills that are required within each sector are changing rapidly and according to the World Economic Forum (WEF), the Future of Work will require employees with 21st Century Skills.

What Future Ready Academy aims to do is complement and close this gap between the formal education system and the needs of an increasingly Digital World full of technological disruptions. We aim to produce Future Ready Talent that will power the economy in an increasingly Digital and Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA) world by inculcating skills through the S.T.E.M. and Design Thinking approach (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).
