Karisma Kapoor’s daughter Samaira turned 13th and her mom threw a lavish birthday party for her teenage girl. What’s more her father, Karisma Kapoor’s ex-husband Sanjay Kapur, made sure that he was also an integral part of all the celebrations.
The ex-couple put their differences aside to ring in their “doll’s” 13th birthday and to make it a special occasion for her. Karisma even posted a message on Instagram and wished her daughter a happy 13th birthday.
She also posted a pic of Samaira’s childhood and another recent pic of hers where she looks all grown-up.
A picture of Samaira’s 13th birthday cake was also being circulated on social media. The cake looks delicious and was based on Starbucks theme and had their trademark Frappucino at the center. Check it out!
Samaira’s new stepmom and Sanjay’s current wife Priya Sachdev Kapur also had a special wish for her stepdaughter. It must be noted here that Priya is making sure that Sanjay’s kids from Karisma do not feel neglected after his marriage to her.
“Happy Birthday Samaira wishing you a very Happy 13th Birthday Princess. You are officially a Teenager now! Love you”: she wrote as she wished Samaira on Instagram.
As Priya mentioned above, entry into the thirteenth year is indeed a milestone and there are many things that you must be telling your child as a parent.
1. First and foremost, talk to them about sex in the open as this is the age kids really get curious and might end up making stupid mistakes if they are not aware.
2. Talk to them about the information they should be posting on social media because 13 is also the age when most kids spend a lot of time on the internet.
3. Like it or not, this is also the age when your child might ask for a smartphone so talk to them about phone safety as well.
4. Your baby is not a kid anymore and therefore as a parent, you should also be teaching them about money and how to be careful of their expenditure. The sooner they learn, the better it is for them.
