In pics: New mum Kareena takes Taimur out and he clearly looks just like her!

17 May, 2017

This was baby Taimur's third public appearance so far and he clearly looked a lot like his famous mum!

A new mum needs her friends and family to help her and guide her through the unchartered journey of motherhood. And celebrities are no different.

Take for instance, new mum Kareena Kapoor Khan who relies heavily on her squad  of competent and entrepreneurial mums who are helping her adjust to motherhood. They take her out on coffee dates and help her relax and even hang out with her cute baby.

No wonder then Kareena was spotted yesterday taking Taimur out. The new mum and son duo were spotted at aunty Amruta Arora's home and were accompanied by his two trusted nannies.

Interestingly, when the photographers tried to take pictures of Kareena, they couldn't help but notice Taimur shifting his position to face them and for the first time we can see Taimur's complete face.

This is Taimur's third public appearance after he was first spotted when his parents brought him home. He was then seen going to his naani's house with mum and yesterday he was photographed being taken to Amruta Arora's house.

The young bub was accompanied by mum and his two trusted nannies who were hired by the new parents soon after his birth.

Interestingly, while Kareena sat quietly at the back, Taimur was held closely by one of his nannies, while the other sat in the front with his diaper and baby bag.

Since Taimur was moving throughout the journey, he was caught on camera looking directly into the lens and let's be honest stole the limelight from his star mum.

As soon as the pictures of Taimur travelling with his mum hit the Internet, the netizens started discussing his uncanny resemblance to his mum.

While some said his eyes looked the same, other's couldn't help but point at his pout. Either way, he does look a lot like his mum who is clearly confiding in her friends for support through this new journey.

But that doesn't mean she isn't confident about her parenting skills. In an interview recently Kareena said, "It's the beginning of a new phase in my life. After becoming a mother, I'm learning new things every passing day. It's a long journey and Saif (Ali Khan) and I are very excited about it."

Some people also had issues with the fact that Kareena wasn't carry her own baby and employed two nannies to do that job. However, as Kareena pointed before, motherhood cannot be judged from afar.

"Yes, I was on my feet a few days after the delivery, but it's upsetting to have people judge you for it. No one has the right to comment on how I conduct myself or what sort of a mother I am. Everyone seems to have an opinion. Postpartum depression is not a must, right? It's whimsical to generalise that every woman goes through that phase, almost making it sound like a norm," she stated.

His third public appearance has proved that Taimur is growing up fast and is one of the cutest celeb babies in town.

He also looked quite comfortable, relaxed and carefree with his nannies and mums. Interstingly, while people did not question why Saif has never been seen holding his baby, it seems that Kareena has come at the receiving end of unrelenting criticism.

But since motherhood is a personal journey, only she can share what it's like and how she's handling it.

For now, Kareena is enjoying her new phase, taking her baby out to meet her friends and is no mood to comply to 'regular' parenting norms.
