Mira Rajput has been getting a lot of compliments for her all new transformed body and here's how she did it!

Soon after her marriage to India's heartthrob, the 21-year-old Mira Rajput quickly rose to the ranks of high profile celebrity wives. Her pleasant personality and an ever-smiling face made her a favourite of the masses, while her petite frame made her a favourite among young designers.

Together, the two became Bollywood's 'it' couple who preferred to keep their personal lives private!

But now it seems that the new parents are all set to break the 'private' tag as they prepare for their first television interview together. The couple will spill beans about each other on the popular chat show Koffee With Karan.

Although the couple have already shot their segment, and the show will appear on television soon, reports suggest that they shared a crackling chemistry.

They will also be revealing a few details about their marriage, the proposal and their journey as new parents. If you recall, in an interview once Shahid had shared that Mira makes him feel 'normal,' and that is a confident young woman.

Mira's confidence bowls them over

“She has no desire to get overtly ‘filmi’ as a person. She is very much an individual in her own right," he shared while explaining why the two get along with each other. "I think the fact that we are different works for us. It is a nice thing that we are different from each other. But at the same time we are good at communication, we get along well," he said.

It is this communication and confidence that was on full display at the shooting of the show and left the crew quite impressed.

Apart from her bubbly personality, which viewers will very soon see, she also amazed everybody with her physical transformation. Just three months after delivery Mira is back into shape and is looking fitter than ever.

In fact, she was recently seen making a solo appearance sans hubby Shahid Kapoor at GQ's Fashion Nights. She was there to cheer close pal Kunal Rawal, whose show she was attending.

How Mira Rajput lost post-pregnancy weight

While the shutterbugs were busy clicking famous faces during GQ's Fashion Nights, new mum Mira Rajput walked in quietly and obliged the paps with some stylish shots.

She shocked everybody with her rare single outing, but what was more surprising was that flat tummy and oh-so-petite frame! But how did she manage to look svelte after just three months of delivery?

The crew of Koffee with Karan had some insights, it seems!

While speaking about her amazing physical transformation a source said, "Mira agreed to do the show just 3 months after having her baby and everyone was stunned with her transformation. While she has always been fit, she has been training hard post pregnancy and is looking better than ever. She was constantly being complimented, while Shahid lovingly looked on as a proud husband. Together, they epitomised a fun, young power couple."

It seems that Mira, who has always been a gym junkie is following in the footsteps of her fit husband and if back at the gym. She has also been eating healthy and making sure to exercise to get back into her pre-baby body!

Experts also suggest that a balanced diet and exercise can get any new mum back into shape.

Vinod Channa, who is a celebrity fitness expert and helped Shilpa Shetty Kundra lose her pregnancy weight in just three months says that birthing plan has nothing to do with weight loss.

"There is no difference in the exercise regime after a c-section or a normal delivery. Women who have had any of these can follow the same workout routine and start by working on the weaker muscles and joints first. As most new mums face joint pain, back pain and neck problems during pregnancy, by gradually increasing the intensity of workout they can lose weight faster."

He also adds that three types of special workouts can help lose baby weight faster, just as it did for Shilpa.

3 special workout regimes

"I added different techniques which Shilpa never did in the past like functional, animal flow workout, conditioning workout. We also included a strict diet with balanced protein and limited carbohydrate with vegetables and fruits; and with this combination she got back in her perfect shape!" says Channa.
