Here's why Kareena's producers have banned Taimur Ali Khan from her sets!
New mum Kareena Kapoor Khan is not being allowed to bring her son on the sets for a very specific reason.
New mum Kareena Kapoor Khan is finally back to work and is busy shooting her latest movie. But, unlike other working mums she has the luxury of taking her 8-month-old son along on sets, which she did.
The 36-year-old mum flew off to New Delhi along with her adorable little bub who was photographed being consoled by his mum on his way to the airport.
The gorgeous yummy mummy will be shooting in the national capital and Taimur will accompany her during her work schedule. However, a stay this long with her baby was a conscious decision.
“I don’t like being away from Taimur, I don’t want to miss out on a single moment of his childhood. If I have to go for a shoot, I’ll take him with me sometimes but it’s a tough balance,” she shared earlier.
So naturally, the producers have also made all the necessary arrangements so that Taimur is able accompany and stay with his mum away from home. However, they have not allowed for him to visit his mum during the day.
Yes, you read that right.
In a light-hearted video shared by the movie's producer Rhea Kapoor, concerned mum Kareena is seen questioning the whereabouts of Taimur and why he is being banned from the sets.
As the video begins Kareena asks, "But where is Taimur? That's what everybody wants to know. The producer has banned him." To which Rhea laughingly responds, "Taimur is not leaving the hotel. He's our biggest asset!"
Kareena then finally breaks her silence on why the team has decided to keep him away from sets and reveals, "That's because I need a bodyguard, but he needs an army."
Well, we agree because even though Kareena and Saif are big names in the country, its their son who has captured the imagination of the entire nation. He seems to have become a bigger star than his star parents and they clearly don't mind.
In fact, quite recently Saif agreed that Taimur's popularity was soaring and that people loved him and therefore, he'd like to do something most fans love.
"I would like to take his autograph,” he told Filmfare.
Well, it seems clear that both Kareena and Saif are aware that their son is the star boy at the moment, but they are also careful to bring him up in a balanced and normal environment.
“My wife and I try to balance as much as we can. So one of us is always around. I guess, some people can't do that. I feel bad for them. You have to support your children as well. So you have to work. That balance is what's it's about. It's the most important thing in life. And the most important thing that you can learn to balance your personal life with pleasure with work. Balance it, take the middle path and do little bit of everything in moderation,” he shared.
The two are clearly exemplifying what many working parents have to do in their daily lives and science has also proved that working parents have a considerably positive impact on kids.
- Working parents are ideal role models: Working mothers are role models for their kids and teach them not only about time management and multi-tasking but also about the importance of balancing work and home.
- Working parents encourage independence: When kids watch their mothers handle situations and problems both at home and at office, they realise the importance of being self-reliant. Such kids then grow up to be independent.
- Working parents encourage academic bent: Studies have proved that working mothers are able to raise who are also academically good because they are able manage their time well.
