3 step process to get a pregnancy glow like Kareena Kapoor Khan!

If there is somebody who knows how to flaunt a pregnancy glow like a boss, it is Kareena Kapoor Khan. She has the perfect dewy glow and she is redefining pregnancy fashion and beauty like nobody has ever before.

But even the most radiant skin sometimes needs a bit of pampering, especially during dry summers. So irrespective of whether or not you are expecting, you can also get a radiant glow like Kareena. All you have to do is use desi remedies that are easily available at home and follow these three simple steps!

Step 1: Cleanse

If you are expecting, then you must be on a pregnancy diet that's already lending you that radiant glow. But just to add the extra oomph, you can use a desi remedy that only includes one ingredient- an egg yolk!

Yes, you read it right. All you have to do is use the egg yolk on your face to cleanse it to the roots. The yolk has cleansing properties, while the egg whites have toning properties, and both work together wonderfully to clean the face and remove black and whiteheads.

Step 2: Exfoliate

Once you have cleansed your face with the yolk, you can move on to the next all-natural process of exfoliation. You can either make a dal scrub by mixing two tablespoon of powdered masoor dal (lentils) with honey or milk.

Or alternatively, you can also prepare a sandalwood scrub by mixing sandalwood with rice powder, besan, milk and rosewater. Apply either of the two mixtures 15 minutes before you take a shower, and voila!

Step 3: Moisturise

Next step in getting that perfect dewy and radiant glow is to moisturise with two easily available ingredients- honey and olive oil. Prepare a mixture of two tablespoons of honey and one tablespoon of olive oil.

Apply this mixture all over your face and body 15 minutes before you take a bath. When you wash this mixture off, you will see a visible dewy skin.

A combination of these three steps can give you that flawless radiant skin like Kareena Kapoor Khan. But make sure you follow them religiously thrice a week for best results. Plus, do not forgot to keep your skin fresh and hydrated by drinking a minimum of 10 glasses of water each day.

After all, a healthy body from inside results in a dewy glow outside!
