One could never ever imagine Shilpa Shetty piling up kilos on her lithe frame. But during pregnancy, the actress steadily gained 20 kg and weighed a whopping 80 kgs at the time of birth. And within a year after becoming mommy, Shilpa got back her shapely figure and now looks gorgeous than ever before.
Her road to fitness was all thanks to a gradual exercise regime and a healthy, balanced diet. As revealed to Times of India, Shilpa stated that she started her weight loss programme slowly, with low impact exercises such as walking and cycling. She then moved on to weight training, cardio and yoga spread out over five days a week. That’s one dedicated yummy mummy.
