A supportive husband makes it easy

One of the reasons that Chopra has been able to enjoy this balance is perhaps because of her doting husband, filmmaker Siddharth Kumar Anand. In an interview she said that marriage has been good for her and provided stability.

"I definitely think marriage has been good for me. I’m working more than I ever have before. Travelling and living life to the fullest. And at the end of the day, it’s great that I have a home and a man to come home to. The security of a stable relationship only adds to creativity," she shared.

"When you become a feel so protective"

The actor who is currently part of The Kapil Sharma Show also feels that becoming a mother changes one's world view.

“When you become a mother, your views on the entire world changes. You feel so protective and your instincts become so strong; it's like nothing else but the health and happiness of your child that matters. You actually feel your heart is outside your body,” she shared with a leading entertainment site.

Chopra is a hands-on mum and has been so since her first son. “I do everything from feeding, bathing, massaging, reading, playing and putting him to sleep. I think, as a mom, nothing can ever be enough. You're on call 24x7 and it’s the best job in the world,” shared the 36-year-old actor and designer.

Interestingly, Chopra, like many celebrity mums gave birth the second time around after she turned 35. This, many experts say has not only become a trend but also possible, thanks to technology.
