Babli was accompanied by two women, reportedly her aunt and neighbour, who wanted to take her to Safdarjung Hospital. En route to the hospital, Babli went into labour and cried that the baby was on its way out. It is then that the two women and Uber driver Shahnawaz Khan converted the cab into an emergency labour room and helped Babli deliver her baby.
