Resting all the rumours aside it has been revealed that the Yuvraj Singh and Hazel Keech will tie the knot on November 30 this year
Congratulations are in order for the newest 'to-be married' couple in town!
After getting engaged in an intimate ceremony in Bali in November last year, cricketer Yuvraj Singh and actor Hazel Keech revealed that they were planning a winter wedding in 2016. Speculations were rife about the exact date of their wedding with some saying that it would take place in the first week of December.
But now, resting all the rumours aside it has been revealed that the couple have chosen their wedding date and will tie the knot on November 30 this year.
Speaking to TOI, a source close to the couple revealed that while the exact date of their reception is yet to be finalised, the wedding date is fixed. "The schedule date of reception would be worked out between December 5 and 7. The wedding is happening on November 30" the source shared.
The much-in-love couple have known each other for almost three years, but surprisingly only started dating three months before their engagement. The couple revealed these intimate details during their appearance on The Kapil Sharma Show.
Yuvraj revealed that for the first three years, he kept trying to get her to meet him for coffee. And although she agreed every time he messaged her, but on the appointed day, she would switch off her phone and not turn up.
But after he finally met her in person and spent some time with each other, they connected and he proposed in a very traditional way.
However, this 'friendship-to-love' factor was only the one thing that worked for this couple. The fact that both the families also loved each other, made a huge difference.

Bonding with the mother-in-law
In an interview to a leading daily, Singh's mother Shabnam revealed how she was able to get along and connect with to-be-bahu Hazel.
She pointed at two things that helped her connect with Hazel and something that most mothers-in-law and daughters-in-law would agree with!
- First, she was able to connect with her future daughter-in-law because both shared the same temperament and approach to life.
- Second, since both belong to the same community, there is better understanding of traditions.
"Hazel is a reflection of me. We both have worked very hard in life. We are sentimental, honest, upright and we respect people, that's why I connect with her," she revealed.
She also added that Hazel being a Hindu knew most of their traditions and rituals and that it was easy for her to share details about customs with her. "Hazel is more Indian than you can imagine. Besides, her mother is Hindu, so she's aware of a lot of things," she said.
Well, we are positive, with these two things in toe, this saas-bahu duo will have a great time with each other!
