Celina Jaitly shares the SECRET recipe that keeps her glowing, fit and happy!
The radiant Celina Jaitly has a secret recipe that has kept her happy and uplifted throughout her pregnancy
Just last month, the heavily pregnant mum-to-be Celina Jaitly had to rush home to India after she unexpectedly lost her father. It was a difficult time for the family, but Jaitly had to be strong for her twin boys as well the ones she is carrying.
And in doing so, she had to be extra cautious about her health and meals.
While the mum-to-be had so far kept these personal details hidden, she has now finally revealed how she has been caring for herself and her unborn babies.
In her recent Instagram post, the mum-of-two who is expecting twins again, shared what she includes in her meals to keep her mood lifted and her tummy satiated.
Celina's secret recipe for a happy mood
Along with a gorgeous picture of her baby bump, the radiant mum-to-be wrote: "One green smoothie with every possible veggie for me ....and the #bump will have one strawberry, one chocolate, one pistachio one banana and 3 scoops of chocolate icecream please ... Jaitly who is a vegetarian by choice clearly keeps her meals simple, but at the same time allows herself to binge on sweets, of course for the sake of the babies that she carrying.
Interestingly, while Jaitly is fairly comfortable with the prospect of another set of twins, she was shocked when she first learnt the news.
“Doctor was doing an ultrasound and Peter asked the doctor if its twins this time too. The doctor said yes and we both were initially shocked,” the No Entry actor told a daily.
"God chooses special people to be parents of multiple children"
But she added that she also felt special at the same time because god intended it to be this way.
"We were exhilarated because the first thing that came to our mind was that we are the chosen ones. We are God fearing and we feel God chooses special people to be parents of multiple children,” she added.
Along with her husband Peter Haag, Celina is already mum to five-year-old twin boys Viraaj and Winston and she feels that the couple parenting all figured out by now.
“My mother always advised me that there is no perfect way to be a mother and father, but there are a million ways to be a good parent...I have always believed there are no rules to be a parent. My husband is 100 percent involved in the pregnancy and we both take our responsibilities seriously as parents,” shared the glowing mum-to-be.
Well, we are positive that she has everything sorted and she sure does look extremely relaxed.
