Her three-year-old son Yash was the reason for her taking it slow for some time, however, the actress says that she has been working on and off.
"I actually have been working on and off on my own pace all these years in Tamil and Hindi. And thankully my family has been quite helpful. I can work in peace even if I was away from him," she added.

The child gives birth to a mother...
Talking about motherhood the actress says that it is the most incredible feeling in the world.
"Just as a mother gives birth to a child, I believe the child also gives birth to a mother. Along with the child, the mother is also born, it's a new beginning. It's been a beautiful journey right from pregnancy to becoming a mother," she told the Times of India in a recent interview.
"I guess sleepless nights go hand-in-hand with motherhood. But it's just the most incredible feeling in the world," she added.
Well, we agree with Bhumika and we're sure she would juggle motherhood and work with elan. All the best to her!
