Remember Bhagyashree? That golden girl who captivated the entire nation with her innocent charm when she debuted opposite Salman Khan in 1989 blockbuster Maine Pyaar Kiya.
The former actress who is now in her late 40’s is a fitness freak and can give most young actresses a run for their money with her svelte frame. An exercise enthusiast, Bhagyashree regularly updates her social media with her work out details.

Mother to two grown up kids now, Bhagyashree begins her mornings with a dedicated work out session. She is also a health food fanatic and posts informative ideas on the goodness of healthy eating. The lady is so particular about wellness that she even went back to school to take a degree in nutrition during her forties!
She’s an active blogger and often posts about her routine involving exercising, traveling and social responsibilities on her blog. And if you thought the lady is only about pumping iron in the gym then she also pampers herself at the spa every now and then. Looks like Bhagyashree has got her healthy living life all sorted out.

1. Morning head start

In an Instagram video posted of her working out at her home. Bhagyashree gives advise about the kick starting the mornings with a core work out. A core exercise means working out on your pelvic, lower back and abdominal muscles. It can be easily done at home.
She also advises using weights overhead as you lie down and crunch your abs so that you burn more energy in less time. She writes in the post that the weights on the hand will work towards efficient strength training for the arms.
2. Do more and be more

That’s the message Bhagyashree gives in another video posted two days ago Bhagyashree advises to do integrated exercises. An integrated exercise means combining multiple exercises into one program. She also writes to work on hip raises with leg extensions as it works on your core strength, glutes, and hamstrings.
3. Move your metabolism

In another video where Bhagyashree is looking lovely as a rose she shows the importance of kick starting your metabolism. She is seen doing planks with toe taps, which is known as a great fat burning workout.
4. Crunch it up

Bhagyashree’s workout videos are professionally done complete with music in the background. In yet another video she is seen stressing the importance of crunches. She is doing a knee elbow crunch, which is a comprehensive workout on its own and packs in the punch when you are short on time.
