Bachchans steal the show at Stardust Awards

The Bachchans along with bahu Aishwarya were in attendance at the 2016 Stardust awards that were held in Mumbai last night.

While Abhishek was fulfilling his duties backstage as the show host, bahu Aishwarya was by her in-laws side throughout the event.

The Bachchans were all dressed in similar shades of white for the event and both Amitabh Bachchan and Aishwarya received an award for their power-packed performances.

Bahu Aishwarya touched her father-in-law's feet

Interestingly, Aishwarya, who won the award for the most iconic performance of the year for Sarbjit received the award from her father-in-law and like any traditional bahu she touched his feet to take his blessing.

Big B also received an award

Even the Bachchan patriarch received the viewers choice award for his stellar performance in the much-appreciated film of 2016, Pink.

Aish looked resplendent in white!

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan looked every bit of the Miss World in her white gown that had a tinge of blue in it.

The embellished Rami Kadi gown looked gorgeous on her and she completed the look with just a bold red lip and her trademark winged eye liner.

SRK received his award from Aishwarya

Aishwarya gave the viewers choice best actor of the year award to Shah Rukh Khan for his performance in Dear Zindagi.

The award ceremony was hosted by Abhishek Bachchan

While Abhishek was missing at the photo-ops, he pulled quite a show as a remarkable host along with Riteish Deshmukh, Manish Paul, and director Farah Khan.

Kapoor & sons were also in attendance

Bollywood stalwart Rishi Kapoor was also present with his wife Neetu Singh Kapoor and son Randhir Kapoor at the event. Rishi Kapoor's movie Kapoor & sons received the award for the best story.

Neerja was the winner!

Sonam Kapoor's superhit film Neerja also walked away with many awards including the editor's choice best actress award and the best supporting actress award, which went to Shabana Azmi.
