This is how Alia Bhatt Surprised Mother Soni Razdan On her 60th birthday! This is how Alia Bhatt Surprised Mother Soni Razdan On her 60th birthday!

Alia posted a heart-warming message for her mother on Instagram along with an adorable picture. But that was not all!

It was Alia Bhatt's mother, Soni Razdan's 60th birthday on October 25 and the doting daughter had a beautiful surprise for her mother.

Alia posted a heart-warming message for her mother on Instagram along with an adorable picture where she is kissing her mother's forehead. Here's the message that Alia posted for her mother on Instagram:

Hey mommy! Happy birthday. Sometimes I wonder how someone can be soo kind and beautiful.

How I wouldn't be able to move a muscle without this someone.

And how this someone is just the best part of my life. Please never leave me :)

I love you @sonirazdan thank you for being YOU! Your goodness makes me cry ❤️

Alia has always said that the biggest support of her life has been her mother and she looks up to her for everything.

“As a family, you all see each other go through that (hardships). We have seen it all, and we are old enough to talk about our issues. We confide in each other. We are not a typical family that goes for a movie on Sunday, or has dinner together every night. But we are strong as the Great Wall of China. Nothing can stop us from supporting one another, and enduring each other’s pain as well,” Alia had said in an interview.

Get to spend a few moments with you Alia while doing this shoot. Funnn ! ????❤️

Perhaps this was the reason why Alia wanted it to be a special 60th birthday for her mother. This is why she also took her mother and her entire family to Maldives for a weekend getaway and celebrate her birthday in style in the sun-kissed beaches.

But, the celebrations were still not over as Alia had another surprise for her mother!

Continue reading on the next page to know what other surprise did Alia had for her mother!

Alia had also planned a special birthday party for her mother where she invited all her close friends and family. Alia, specially flew down from Singapore to Mumbai for her mother's 60th birthday, where she is currently shooting for her film Badrinath kee dulhania with Varun Dhawan. It was an intimate affair with family and close friends.

Just before we all stuffed our faces. Oh dear ????☺️

Nothing can beat the mother-daughter bond

“She was always independent, and didn’t seem to need much. She would be in her own world. She was never clingy, and has never been demanding. She never gave me any grief,” says Razdan in an interview.

Alia and Soni remind us that the bond between a mother and a daughter is perhaps the most beautiful bond in the world. Here's why daughters are special to their moms:

1. They can keep secrets: Every woman needs someone they can share their thoughts, dreams and secrets with. If that someone happens to be her daughter, then nothing like it.

2. Daughter's remind mothers of the child within: Being a mother of a five-year-old girl I can say that many times my daughter reminds me of the child within me and there are times that I feel like letting it loose and go silly, just like my daughter. Those moments are the best stress-busters of my life!

3. They have a shoulder to cry on: No one can understand a woman more than a woman herself and in times of difficulty your daughter can be your biggest strength and also your biggest motivation as she would be able to understand what you're going through and also cheer you up.
