Losing the post-baby flab
There is no doubt that Aamna is indeed looking as fresh as a daisy in all the above pics, but we're sure that it must have required a lot of effort from her side to lose all the post-baby flab. This breakfast picture that Aamna shared on her Instagram is proof that she is indeed paying a lot of attention to her diet and fitness regime.
If you are also struggling to lose the post-pregnancy weight, here are some tips that can help:
1. Have freshly cooked meals: The first and foremost rule is to stop eating anything that is processed and comes from a packet. Adhere to more healthy, freshly cooked meals throughout the day for better results.
2. Eat more veggies and fruits: Including more fruits and vegetables in your diet would add that much-needed fiber on your diet and also satiate your hunger pangs if you're exclusively breastfeeding.
3. Incorporate some exercise every day: Even if it means going for a 30-minute walk every day, make sure you do it religiously. If you're game for more, include other enjoyable exercises such as swimming, yoga, and dancing if you like.
