Kahin Toh Hoga actress Aamna Shariff is back in business and we must say that she is looking like a million bucks. Reports say that the new mum would be making a comeback on the small screen soon and is all set to sign her new daily soap.

Aamna Shariff became a household name when she made her television debut opposite Rajiv Khandewal in the superhit Balaji serial Kahin Toh Hoga.

The popular actress then got married in 2013 to distributor-turned-producer Amit Kapoor. Aamna's wedding was a surprise for many and she took a break from television and the glamour world after her wedding, disappointing her fans and followers. The actress was then blessed with a baby boy, Arain, last year.

Besides her TV debut show, Aamna also featured in many successful music videos and films such as Aloo Chaat. She recently also played Riteish Deshmukh’s wife in Ek Villain, which was a great box-office hit.

1. Have freshly cooked meals: The first and foremost rule is to stop eating anything that is processed and comes from a packet. Adhere to more healthy, freshly cooked meals throughout the day for better results.
2. Eat more veggies and fruits: Including more fruits and vegetables in your diet would add that much-needed fiber on your diet and also satiate your hunger pangs if you're exclusively breastfeeding.
3. Incorporate some exercise every day: Even if it means going for a 30-minute walk every day, make sure you do it religiously. If you're game for more, include other enjoyable exercises such as swimming, yoga, and dancing if you like.
