The moment you both have been waiting for has arrived. Your baby is here and you couldn’t be happier. However, as an understanding husband you must know that the phase post pregnancy is just as crucial as pregnancy. Your wife, who has just delivered, needs to take good care of herself so she can nurse the baby. Being the doting hubby (and now dad) that you are, there are 5 things you must take utmost care of.

She is still recovering and mentally and physically coming to terms with the fact that she is a mother now. Her health and baby are now her priorities. So she many not exactly be in the mood for sex. Give her some time.

Things were different when you were just the two of you. Now with the baby at home, she will need your help with household chores as well as baby tasks. She may have a nanny, her parents and her in-laws, but she will look forward to your help. It will help you bond with the baby as well.
