Aamir Khan meets fan with Progeria and makes him feel 'optimistic'

The Bollywood superstar met Progeria afflicted, 14-year-old Nihal Bitla and cheered him with goodies

Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan recently made Nihal Bitla’s ‘dream come true.’ The 14-year-old Bitla, who has a rare genetic disorder, called Progeria, is a huge Aamir Khan fan. He had wanted to meet the megastar and thank him for his movie Taare Zameen Par, which Bitla says gave him courage.

Khan also gave Bitla some goodies and merchandise from his movie Dhoom 3, and posts this meeting; a Facebook page named Team Nihal posted these images:

Progeria, which also known as Hutchicon-Gilford disease, is an extremely rare genetic disorder and affects 1 in 20 million births in our country. This problem was first brought to mainstream knowledge in megastar Amitabh Bachchan’s film Pa, where he played a young boy who ages at a very early stage in his life.
